In January 2024, Meta announced the deprecation of the Facebook Groups API. As of April 22, 2024, this change has taken full effect.

As a result, third-party social media management tools, can no longer support actions related to Facebook Groups. This includes:

• Adding Facebook Groups

• Publishing posts to Groups

• Engaging with content in Groups

This limitation applies across all third-party platforms, not just Feedafy, due to the changes implemented directly by Meta.

What Can You Do?

While third-party access is no longer supported, you can still post and interact with your Facebook Groups manually by logging directly into Facebook and using the platform’s native tools.

Unfortunately, Meta has not provided a direct workaround or alternative for automation at this time.
